International strategy, partnerships and business development for globally ambitious organisations.

What I bring to a project
My work sits where education, institutions and business meet. I have led the international expansion of a Spanish university in South America, the institutional and international relations of a business school for the region, and I founded and built my own education company operating between Europe and Latin America.
That means I arrive already knowing how an institution decides, how an agreement is really negotiated and how commercial results are delivered: I move naturally between an academic committee, an institutional or ministerial meeting and a results-driven commercial conversation.
AboutServices
Areas of work
Six areas that can be contracted as defined projects, as ongoing strategic support or as fractional international business development.
Internationalisation & Market Entry
You want to enter or grow in a new international market and need someone who has opened one before. I assess whether the opportunity is real, identify and prioritise the markets with the greatest potential, design the entry route and stay with you while it is executed.
International Business Development
You need international opportunities to move forward, but not yet a full internal team. I take on the business development itself: building the pipeline, opening conversations, developing opportunities and supporting the commercial and negotiation process.
Institutional & Strategic Partnerships
You want alliances that produce activity, not agreements that sit in a drawer. I identify the right partners, design the institutional approach, open the conversation at the right level, support the negotiation and keep the relationship moving afterwards.
Europe – Latin America Advisory
You are moving between the two regions in either direction and want to avoid the usual mistakes. I bring first-hand knowledge of both ecosystems, the institutional map and a network built over years on the ground.
Executive & Continuing Education
You want to develop, position or grow an executive, in-company or continuing education offer. I identify target segments and develop corporate and institutional channels to strengthen its commercial reach.
B2B / B2G & Institutional Development
You need to work with ministries, agencies, universities or large organisations and reach the people who actually decide. This is the model I have built most often: institutional relationships turned into signed, funded activity.
Based in Spain, working internationally
I run remote projects with organisations anywhere in the world and travel internationally when a project needs presence on the ground. Europe and Latin America are where my network runs deepest — they are a strength, not the boundary of my work.
- Europe
- Latin America
- North America
- Asia-Pacific
- Africa
- Middle East
The Europe – Latin America advantage
I have lived in Colombia and Mexico and have worked professionally across virtually all of Latin America, from Mexico to Patagonia, including Brazil. That sustained exposure to different markets, institutions and business cultures has given me first-hand knowledge of how universities, governments, companies and local partners operate, and of what an alliance really needs in order to work. When a project connects Europe and Latin America, that experience shortens the route considerably.
Institutional fluency
Experience representing organisations in institutional settings, international gatherings and high-level forums, and negotiating academic cooperation agreements.
Commercial discipline
Business development led against recruitment, positioning and profitability objectives, with local teams on the ground.
Founder's perspective
Two ventures founded and led, including one taken through a successful transfer process.

2024 – Present
Founder & CEO — EduGlobal Hub
I founded EduGlobal Hub in 2024 and currently lead its strategy, internationalisation and B2B/B2G business development between Europe and Latin America. The company develops advanced training and education projects linked, among other areas, to artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
Through this site I run my independent professional practice in consulting, advisory, internationalisation, partnerships and business development.
Ways to work together
Engagements are shaped around the scope and pace your organisation needs.
Fees are agreed per project after an initial conversation about scope.
Tell me what you are trying to open.
A market, an alliance, a programme, a conversation with an institution you cannot reach yet. Send me the context and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.
